Calculation software for the properties of water and steam

The software provides properties for water and steam based on the equations of the "International Association for the Properties of Water and Steam" – the IAPWS. It was developed in Microsoft Excel and, in addition to the quick display of properties, also offers easy implementation of the calculation modules in your own workbooks. The properties can be calculated and inserted both as a basic spreadsheet, without any programming and macros, or via macro functions.

The user group ranges from students to engineers who need properties of water and steam for studies or in their job, e.g. for the calculation of industrial applications.

In addition to the calculation based on pressure and temperature, the properties can be calculated on the saturation line and in the wet steam region.

System requirements

• Microsoft Windows Version 7 or newer
• Microsoft Excel Version 2010 or newer
• Adobe Acrobat Reader or similar program to read PDF files
• Internet connection and web browser for using the video tutorials and the contact form
  
  The installation files do not contain any macros or programming. All Microsoft Excel workbooks are provided as xlsx files. Macro templates are included as text and can be optionally installed by the user.
