Delivery Time and Shipping Costs

 

The delivery time within Germany is usually 2-3 working days. If an item is not available at short notice or out of stock, you will receive a notification. Deliveries within Germany are free of shipping costs.

For orders outside of Germany, a shipping charge will be imposed. The charge depends on the country to which the delivery is made:


Zone 1: Austria/Switzerland/Liechtenstein

  • Shipping costs per order 5 euros if the weight of the shipment is less than 2 kg
  • Shipping costs per order 16 euros if the weight of the shipment is more than 2 kg

 

Zone 2: EU (without Austria)

  • Shipping costs per order 9 euros if the weight of the shipment is less than 2 kg
  • Shipping costs per order 16 euros if the weight of the shipment is more than 2 kg

 

Zone 3: Rest of Europe (without Switzerland/Liechtenstein)

  • Shipping costs per order 16 euros if the weight of the shipment is less than 2 kg
  • Shipping costs per order 30 euros if the weight of the shipment is more than 2 kg

 

Zone 4: Worldwide

  • Shipping costs per order 20 euros if the weight of the shipment is less than 2 kg
  • Shipping costs per order 50 euros if the weight of the shipment is more than 2 kg

 

If special types of dispatch – such as airmail or secured dispatch – are necessary or desired, a separate charge will be imposed.
