1. Contractual Partner

When ordering items, your exclusive contractual partner is Vogel Communications Group GmbH & Co. KG.

 

2. Prices

The prices listed in the offer at the time of ordering shall apply. The given prices are final, i.e. they include the applicable German statutory value-added tax and other price components.

 

3. Payment

3.1 Basically we offer the following payment methods: credit card (Visa/Mastercard), invoice, and Paypal. With every order we reserve the right not to offer certain payment methods and to suggest other payment methods instead.
3.2 In the case of credit card purchases, your credit card account will be debited when the order is shipped.
3.3 Please note that we only accept invoice payments from customers within the European Union (EU). In no case will we assume the cost of a money transaction.
3.4 In the case of purchase on account, the purchase price is due for payment on the day the customer receives the delivery. If payment is not made within 14 days of this due date, the customer shall be in default.
3.5 Purchase price calculation: a) Subscription: recurring calculation annually b) For all other products one-time calculation in the course of product delivery
3.6 Credit card payment: Immediately after order completion, the invoice amount will be charged fully.
3.7 Authorized credit advice (e.g. return deliveries) are credited immediately to the debited credit card account.
3.8 Data transmission: All data is transmitted via a secure SSL connection.
3.9 3D-Secure/Verified by Visa: This procedure is not offered.
