Non-commercial use of texts, pictures and graphics in teaching and learning

Content from the technical books of the Vogel Communications Group may be used in teaching and learning within the framework of the Urheberrechtgesetz §60a. Please find out whether your intended use meets the requirements of the law. Unfortunately, we cannot offer you legal advice in this regard.

Commercial use of text, images and graphics

Unfortunately, we cannot grant blanket usage rights to content from the Vogel Communications Group's technical books, as in many cases the copyright is held by third parties.

1. Graphics and images
Please check carefully who is the copyright holder of the images and graphics you wish to use. You will find information on this in the respective image source credits. If no image source is named, the copyright is usually held by the Vogel Communications Group or the authors. In this case, you are welcome to contact us directly. Otherwise, we would like to ask you to send your request directly to the respective authors. Please note that we cannot undertake any research work for you.

2. Texts
In general, the copyright to texts is held by the Vogel Communications Group. If you would like to acquire rights of use to texts, you are welcome to contact us directly.
